		<description>So very true. My parents received a lot of criticism for not only homeschooling us, but also for &quot;neglecting&quot; to throw us into every youth group, kid/teen activity available. 
Things changed when we became teenagers. The same folks who had named my parents horrible for &quot;depriving&quot; us, were amazed that we could participate in adult conversations, work alongside adults, play with young children, and still enjoy the company of our parents. 
The family is meant to be a child&#039;s peer group. When we try to rearrange what God has ordained, we make a big mess that effects not only our kids, but our family, and the world.</description>
